Calling all the artists and photographers (both the professional and aspiring) to exhibit your works in the "Echoes of Soul" (an Exhibition of Painting, Photography, Sculpture, Digital Art, Tapestry, Fluid & Resin Art etc) at The Bombay Art Society, Mumbai from 23rd to 29th June 2025.
The Bombay Art Society is one of the coveted Art Gallery in India. The institute holds the best Art Exhibition and is one of the most trusted and reputed Art Gallery in India. Right from the time of its advent it is the cultural hub of art community, holding up art and culture in its rightful place. Artists from all around the world are welcome to showcase their talent and make the best of their abilities here in the one of the biggest art gallery in India.

The Bombay Art Society
The Bombay Art Society was founded in 1888 with a vision to encourage and foster growth of arts, crafts and other cultural activities at the heart of Maharastra. They have established this institution envisioning it as a space for both the aspiring and professional artists. In so many years, they have exhibited the work of thousands of young emerging and professional artists, researchers, practitioners and artisans by offering them a platform and supporting them in the early stages of their careers. The gallery provide spaces and promotion for art and cultural practices constitute a large part of our diverse programing. Also every year the gallery has been showcasing works of professional artists in their Annual Exhibition. The students as well as established artists await every year to see, learn and enjoy these works of the Masters.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Hello, welcome to our upcoming exhibition "Echoes of Soul" (an exhibition of Painting, Drawing, Print Making, Photography, Sculpture, Ceramic Art, Mosaic Art, Wood work, Metalwork, Digital Art, Tapestry, Fluid & Resin Art etc) organised by the Artverse at THE BOMBAY ART SOCIETY, Mumbai from 23rd to 29th June 2025.
The theme or the subject for this exhibition is open for every categories. So it's based on an OPEN THEME.
Age limitations should be from 18 to 80+ years.
Interested artists has to submit minimum 5 to 8 artworks/photographs, including an Artist's Bio Data (in PDF form) for selection.
Photographs taken from any device is accepted including digital camera, film, and mobile phones; however the quality of the photograph should be adequate to print in 12×18 inches.
The artworks/photographs must be original work of the artists. Any claim on copyright will be taken seriously and decision of the selection panel will be final.
The last date of submission for selection is 31st May 2025.
After submission, we will forward the artworks to our selection panel and will send you an email after approval of the artworks. The selection process may take upto 2 to 4 working days.
For Photographer, the printing format should be in matt finish with one inches mounting and wooden/fibre frame. It is good to avoid glass covering.
Gallery space booking fee for framed Artworks/Photographs :
For a space of 3ft X 8ft (feet) = ₹15,000 only (3 feet breadth and 8 feet height)
NOTE: If anyone wants to submit only two artworks (since minimum criteria are 2 artworks), then the fee will be:
Per painting (Size : 16"X 20" inches) = ₹5,000 only
Per painting (Size : 18" X 24" inches) = ₹6,000 only
For Sculpture work:
Per artwork (Size : upto 1ft X 2ft) = ₹3,000 only; for two works, it will be ₹5,000 only
Per artwork (Size : upto 2ft X 3ft) = ₹4,000 only; for two works, it will be ₹7,000 only
Per artwork (Size : upto 3ft X 4ft) = ₹5,000 only; for two works, it will be ₹8,000 only
Per artwork (Size : upto 4ft X 5ft) = ₹6,000 only; for two works, it will be ₹10,000 only
After the approval of artworks from the gallery authority, every participants will have to pay the amount within 5th June 2025 into the respective bank account that will be provided to the artists.
Physical presence for the participanting artists is not mandatory for all days. But it will be great to have the artists inside the gallery during the exhibition days.
On the last day of the exhibition, artist or someone on behalf of them will have to be there to collect the artworks back. Otherwise it will be couriered back to them and artists will have to pay the shipping charges only.
Artists residing outside Mumbai, who won't not able to travel to Bombay during the exhibition, they can courrier the artwork to the given address below.
