Apply for the "STOTRAM" (A Competition and Exhibition of Painting & Drawing) organised by the Artverse at The Museum & Art Gallery, RKM Institute of Culture, Golpark, Kolkata, from 10th to 12th November 2025.

• THEME: DEVOTION & SPIRITUALITY

• AGE: 18 - 85 yrs.

• SIZE: Should be less than 18"X24" (inches).

• Every participant has to submit MINIMUM 2 artworks.

• All images should be in .jpg or .pdf format.

• The artworks must be ORIGINAL ARTWORK of the artists. Any claim on copyright will be taken seriously and decision of the selection panel will be final.

• SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  31st October 2025.

• After submission, we will forward your artworks to our selection panel and will send you an email after approval of your submissions.

• The selection process may take upto 2 to 3 working days.

• After Selection, the artists will have to pay the registration fee of INR 1200 per frame. The bank details for the payment will be provided to the participants to their respective contact number or mail id, after the selection.

• Physical presence of the participants is not mandatory for all the days. But it will be great for them to be present during the exhibition days. 

• On the last day of the exhibition, artist or someone on behalf of the participant will have to be there in order to collect the artworks back. (Its mandetory)

• After selection and payment, the slots will be confirmed and artists will have to submit their original artworks (properly framed) on  9th November 2025 at the gallery within 12pm - 3pm.

• Artists outside West Bengal have to courier their artwork by 8th November 2025 to the address given below and the courier charges will have to be paid by the participants only.

• Artists must set the price of their artworks independently. And the authority will not charge any commission on any sale of artworks from the gallery.

• The Judgement of the respective Judges will be final and binding.
